Work Life

The Work/Life Office fosters the well-being of the Columbia community and its people in their pursuit of meaningful and productive academic, personal and work lives.

To support the Columbia community in addressing the personal challenges that can impinge upon work effectiveness, the Office of Work/Life, provides resources, workshops and individual consultation on a variety of topics, from child care to elder care, and from (non-Columbia) housing information to wellness programs.
